![]() This allows you to kill red slimes in one go, as the little slimes will all be in melee range. Ending a dash inside an enemy kills it completely, like with a jump. ![]() Stunning one or multiple enemies against walls are always free kills. ![]() They allow you to walk up and kill stunned enemies, regular hits don't require stamina and don't progress turns. stuns with weapon are one turn longer than stuns without weapon. Enemies should at least somewhat randomise their movement, or somewhat try to avoid running into your dash range, especially on the third character. So the game is trivialised when you just dash left and right on the bottom row, while all enemies just casually walk into you dash range. Also subpar enemy behavior: They always seem to prefer going vertically to going horizontally when approaching you. Enemies cannot reach you as you can kite until eternity. Probably not what was intended, but it was what worked best. I noticed that if you get cut off from one of your thrown weapons, you become so damn vulnerable (basically the first character lol), so after experimenting I got through the game real easy using only jumps and dashes with the free discounts. Second character is a fun switchup with the goofy energy costs. The most important upgrades were the lowered ability costs. ![]() Not being able to choose my character after unlocking them and beating the game with them also hinders replayability.įirst character is most challenging and balanced, and was the only character I felt actually threatened with, and the only character I had to use my stored energy for, occasionally. Will this game get further development? The ending really felt like a 'bad ending' to me, with a major letdown with the lack of a any final boss at the end of the last zone. Where is jump damage? berserker? magnetic sword? Do they unlock if you die more? those were the really busted upgrades haha ![]() I only ever got offered the hp/ap upgrades, the ability range and cost upgrades, the throw through walls and some other useless ones. One thing I missed from the demo were the 'cooler' upgrades. I died once when experimenting with new enemies, but I did 100% the whole game without any further deaths. Once you know all these mechanics though, the game because rather easy. It was a really cool learning curve to learn all the hidden mechanics in the game, of which there are so many. So I fell in love with this game when I played the online demo. ![]()
